AI is moving from promise to performance

AI is no longer a future ambition. It is fast becoming a defining measure of how organisations innovate, compete and create value. The leaders will not be those running isolated pilots, but those embedding AI into the way work gets done, supported by trusted data, secure foundations and strong governance.

As a recognised Microsoft Frontier Partner, Logicalis is applying this thinking internally through Microsoft 365 Copilot. By using the same technologies, adoption strategies and governance frameworks we recommend to customers, we are building a real-world blueprint for moving from AI ambition to measurable business impact.

Frontier Partner status recognises organisations with advanced AI capabilities and proven experience helping customers move from pilots to production. Logicalis earned this recognition through deep expertise across Copilot, data and AI, security and cloud transformation, supported by 12 Microsoft Advanced Specialisations, Azure Expert MSP status and a Microsoft Copilot specialisation.

Building a new model of work

As organisations enter the next phase of digital transformation, a clear divide is emerging between those experimenting with AI and those scaling it into competitive advantage. For Logicalis, the opportunity is not simply to deploy Copilot, but to create a new model of work where AI is embedded into everyday workflows, securely, responsibly and at scale.

This means combining human expertise with AI-powered assistance, improving access to organisational knowledge, accelerating decisions and creating repeatable adoption models that can scale across teams and geographies. It also means looking beyond productivity gains towards intelligent agents and AI-enabled processes that augment specialist roles.

Turning productivity into measurable value

Logicalis began its Copilot journey with a structured pilot involving several business units across sales, delivery, project management, legal and support functions. The objective was to understand how AI could improve productivity across varied workflows while validating the business case for broader adoption.

  • 90% of pilot users were using Copilot daily within the first 30 days.
  • The strongest use cases included document creation, meeting summarisation, data analysis and task management.
  • The pilot delivered 11:1 ROI, outperforming the Forrester TEI benchmark range of 112% to 457% ROI.

Rather than simply reducing effort, Copilot enabled employees to spend more time on higher-value work, improve collaboration and accelerate decision-making. The results showed that AI value is created when adoption is aligned to priority business outcomes, supported by strong enablement and embedded into real workflows.

Real-world impact across the business

The pilot quickly demonstrated how AI could transform everyday work across multiple functions. Examples included:

  • A complete service proposal, pitch strategy and pricing model created from emails, SharePoint content and previous presentations in under a minute.
  • Support for responses to a 100-page RFP, reducing manual writing effort and improving consistency.
  • An HR presentation that previously took around four hours completed in approximately one hour.
  • Project teams using Copilot to extract meeting summaries, decisions and action items from recordings.

These outcomes demonstrated value well beyond time savings. Users progressed from simple content generation to knowledge discovery, proposal development, meeting intelligence and decision-support activities, showing how AI can become part of the daily rhythm of the organisation.

Scaling AI securely and responsibly

One year after the pilot, Logicalis expanded Copilot adoption through a structured framework covering governance, enablement and continuous optimisation. Adoption has reached 96% among licensed users, with strong engagement across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and Copilot Chat.

To support repeatable adoption, Logicalis established a deployment lifecycle that includes readiness assessments, AI use case workshops, security reviews, user enablement, change management and ongoing ROI measurement. A department champion model creates local AI advocates who help drive training, capability development and user success.

Extending from Copilot to intelligent agents

The Frontier Organisation journey does not stop with Copilot productivity gains. Logicalis is now extending AI into business-specific workflows and intelligent agents that augment specialist roles and processes, including:

  • Service Desk agents that surface knowledge instantly and reduce escalation requirements.
  • Legal assistants that review contracts against organisational standards.
  • Sales companions that help teams locate expertise, resources and win stories.
  • Statement of Work and project delivery assistants that accelerate documentation and improve consistency.

This reflects a broader shift from AI-assisted productivity to AI-enabled business transformation. By combining adoption with governance, security and measurable outcomes, Logicalis is creating the foundations for more intelligent, responsive and scalable business processes.

Leading from the front

Logicalis’ Microsoft Frontier Partner status recognises its ability to help customers adopt AI securely, responsibly and at scale. Our own Copilot journey proves that capability in action, combining high adoption, measurable business value, governance-led deployment and a clear path towards intelligent agents and AI-powered workflows.

For Logicalis, becoming a Frontier Organisation is not just about improving productivity. It is about reshaping how people and AI work together to accelerate innovation, improve decisions and create lasting business advantage. As AI moves from experimentation to enterprise impact, Logicalis is not only helping customers navigate the shift. We are becoming the transformation story we help them achieve.
